D’Plage – Diekirch Beach Will Make a Splash in 2025 Until August 15, the large lawn behind the swimming pool on Rue Joseph Merten will be transformed into a true oasis of well-being. On the one hand, pallet furniture, lounge chairs, and parasols in matching colors provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxing. On the other hand, three beach volleyball courts, a box with fun outdoor games (including Viking checkers, pétanque, and mölkky), a bouncy castle, and, of course, the outdoor pool provide plenty of opportunities to burn off some energy.
There's also a truly fantastic entertainment program that offers all vacationers plenty of entertainment and variety. Every Tuesday, the CHEV volleyball club hosts an introductory beach volleyball course.
On Thursdays, bartender Clement Elie offers a cocktail workshop. On Fridays, guests can enjoy a relaxed after-work drink with live music. On Saturdays, tournaments are held during the day and concerts take place in the evening. On Sundays, treasure hunts, rallies, and other similar activities are offered especially for families. And the best part: access to the beach remains free.
Opening hours are Sunday to Thursday from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The new beach also has its own Facebook page called D'Plage zu Dikrich. By subscribing to the page, you will be informed of all the latest news.
